James Czerniawski
James Czerniawski is the Head of Emerging Technology Policy at the Consumer Choice Center. He writes about Artificial Intelligence, Section 230, antitrust, consumer data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology and innovation issues.
He earned his master’s degree in economics from George Mason University where he was a Mercatus MA Fellow. He graduated from the State University of New York – Purchase with a bachelor’s in economics and American history.
His work has been published in The New York Post, Newsmax, The Morning Consult, Deseret News, The National Interest, The Salt Lake Tribune, The Washington Examiner, and many others.
